I have been using Joplin as my note-taking app for close to 3 years. I have recently embarked on the journey to move my notes from Joplin to Obsidian. One point of contention or nitpick is when I exported my notes from Joplin, the created timestamp of the notes being imported into Obsidian was the date I performed the export instead of the date I generated the note in Joplin.

I spent some time trying to find a work-around for this. I tested out a tool called stroke which I downloaded from Sourceforge and compiled. This did not have the desired effect.
